“The Technology Doctor™”, “Growth Blocker MRI Dx™”, “Growth Accelerator Rx™”, “Growth Transformation Tx™”, and the associated brand identity are trade marks or unregistered marks of Sysculus Systems Private Limited. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent, except as permitted by fair-dealing principles.
The diagnostic frameworks and proprietary tools referenced on this Site (including the Six-Stage Framework — Symptoms, Diagnosis, Prescription, Treatment, Recovery, Scale — the Technology Disease Iceberg, the 78-disease library across nine disease families, and any related artefacts) are proprietary to the Practice. They may not be copied, reproduced, taught or commercialised without our prior written consent.
The Site provides general information about the Practice and its services. The Site is for informational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes professional advice, legal advice, financial advice or a recommendation specific to your circumstances.
Specific advisory, diagnostic, fractional or transformation engagements are provided only under a separately signed written engagement letter or master services agreement. The terms of any such engagement will govern the relationship between the parties for that engagement.
Any information you submit through the Site or through direct communication (email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn or otherwise) must be your own or that of an authorised representative. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you provide. We may decline to respond to or engage with any communication at our discretion.
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sysculus Systems Private Limited makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including (without limitation):

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sysculus Systems Private Limited, its directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The total aggregate liability of Sysculus Systems Private Limited under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed INR 10,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand only) or the equivalent in your local currency.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sysculus Systems Private Limited, its directors, employees, agents and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
All conversations with the Practice, whether through the initial advisory call or during an engagement, are treated as confidential by default. A formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed before any paid engagement begins. Case studies, references and testimonials are published only with named, written consent.
Submitting information to the Practice through this Site or through direct communication does not, by itself, create a confidential or professional relationship. A confidential professional relationship is established only upon execution of a formal engagement letter or NDA.
This Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (including LinkedIn, WhatsApp and others). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of such third-party sites or services. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the dispute-resolution provisions in Section 13, the courts of New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the breach, termination or validity thereof, shall first be addressed by good-faith negotiation between the parties for a period of thirty (30) days from written notice of the dispute. If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), conducted by a sole arbitrator in New Delhi, India, in the English language.
We may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including any breach of these Terms. The provisions of Sections 4 (Intellectual Property), 7 (Disclaimers), 8 (Limitation of Liability), 9 (Indemnification), 12 (Governing Law) and 13 (Dispute Resolution) shall survive any termination.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of these Terms indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate written engagement agreement between you and Sysculus Systems Private Limited, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sysculus Systems Private Limited with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals (whether oral, written or electronic) between you and Sysculus Systems Private Limited.
